At the state legislature and beyond, we continue to advocate for robust planning and resources to be directed toward the public health impacts of extreme weather. Currently, we are partners in a coalition working to pass a Worker Heat Protection Rule at a regulatory level. Raise your voice to advocate for this critical protection of workers from the extreme heat of a changing climate by visiting the Safe Work 4 All website. Hearings with the Environmental Improvement Board will be held in January of 2026. Until then, make sure to sign the petition and submit public comment in support!
