Join a conversation with Dr. Myrriah Gómez surrounding the effects of nuclear colonialism on New Mexicans. Dr. Gomez will read from her book Nuclear Nuevo México, which focuses on the testimonios that have been systematically excluded in the telling of nuclear history in New Mexico, and will engage the audience in a conversation on the effects of nuclear colonialism.
This event is part of our ongoing Environmental Justice Series organized by the New Mexico Environmental Law Center. These have been held over zoom previously; this will be our first in-person EJ Series event.
